Learnership/s Definition
What is a Learnership, sometime questioned by people. As general, a learnership is a work based learning toward programme that intended and leads to an NQF registered qualification. Learnerships are also directly related to an occupation or particular field of work, for example, we can see electrical engineering, hairdressing or other project management who have relation.
Learnerships are based on legally tight binding agreement between an employer or a lot employer, a learner and a Training Provider as example also can be said as What is a Learnership. This agreement is intended to spell out the tasks and a lot of duties of the employer, the learner and also the Training Provider. It is designed very well to ensure the quality of the good training and to protect the interests of each party.
The question on What is a Learnership also can be defined as a learnership who requires that a learner enter into a fixed term legitimate employment contract with the big company for example MNC or any kind of company who studying towards a qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF), which is in line with the learnership (you must to know that the cost of the qualification falls to the Company). More importantly once the qualification is completed, the learnership that already be done by the institution will also end.
